These Terms of Service govern your use of FloorPlanRedesign.com and any services purchased through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service is operated by Formasuunnittelu, registered in Finland (Business ID: 1652692-0). References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to that entity.
Definitions

| Redrawn Plan | A professional clean-up and redrawing of your existing layout — no structural changes proposed. |
| Redesign | A fully optimised new floor plan layout created by our design team based on your uploaded plan. |
| Early Bird Offer | A time-limited promotional price of €99 for the Full Redesign service, as defined in Section 3. |
| Deliverables | All files, drawings, reports, and documents provided to you upon completion of a paid service. |
| You / Client | Any individual or entity placing an order or using the Platform. |
Services
We offer the following services through the Platform:
- Free LayoutScore Analysis — an AI-generated assessment of your floor plan, including an overall score and six sub-scores. Available immediately, no account required.
- Architect Analysis + Redrawn Plan (€59) — a professional review of your existing layout, plus a cleanly redrawn version of your current plan.
- Full Floor Plan Redesign (€299 standard / €99 Early Bird) — a completely new, optimised layout designed around your brief and constraints.
- Add-on services — including revision rounds, material lists, area calculations, renovation guides, DWG/AutoCAD files, and 3D visuals. Prices displayed at point of purchase.
All service descriptions on the Platform are for informational purposes. Final scope is confirmed upon receipt and review of your uploaded floor plan.
Early Bird Offer
The following terms apply specifically to the Early Bird promotional pricing for the Full Floor Plan Redesign service.
Full Redesign — Early Bird Price
The Early Bird Offer grants access to the Full Floor Plan Redesign service at a reduced price of €99 (incl. VAT where applicable), subject to the conditions below.
- The offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
- Early Bird orders receive the same full redesign scope as the standard €299 service — one optimised new layout, presented as a professional architectural drawing.
- One revision round is included. Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on.
- The offer is valid for one floor plan per order. Multi-floor or multi-unit properties require separate orders.
- The promotional price applies only to orders placed while the offer is active on the Platform. It cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders.
- The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to close the Early Bird Offer at any time. If you have already completed payment before the offer closes, your order will be fulfilled at the Early Bird rate regardless of when it is delivered.
If we are unable to fulfil your Early Bird order for any reason within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. See Section 7 (Refunds) for full details.
Orders & Payment
An order is placed when you complete payment through our checkout. You will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and us.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable under Finnish and EU regulations. For orders from outside the EU, local taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a floor plan is submitted that falls outside our service scope (e.g. commercial properties over 500m², structural engineering requirements). In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally via email or a secure download link. No physical materials are shipped.
Estimated delivery timelines from receipt of your complete floor plan upload:
- Architect Analysis + Redrawn Plan: 3–5 business days
- Full Redesign (including Early Bird): 5–8 business days
- Add-ons (DWG, 3D visuals, etc.): additional 2–4 business days per item
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you if a significant delay arises. Business days exclude weekends and Finnish public holidays.
Delivery timelines begin once we have received a floor plan upload of sufficient quality for us to work from. If your uploaded file is unclear or unusable, we will contact you to request a replacement. Time spent waiting for a replacement file does not count against our delivery timeline.
Revisions
The Full Redesign service (including Early Bird) includes one revision round. The Architect Analysis + Redrawn Plan includes one correction round for factual errors.
A revision is a set of consolidated feedback submitted in a single communication. We will not process feedback submitted in multiple separate messages as a single revision round.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this window may be treated as a new order.
Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on. Pricing is displayed on the Platform at time of order or upon delivery of your report.
A revision covers refinement of the delivered concept. Requests that constitute a fundamentally different brief — e.g. a different property, a completely new room count — may be treated as a new order at our discretion.
Refunds
Because our services are digital and made-to-order, your right to cancel under EU consumer law begins to apply differently once work has commenced. By placing an order and uploading your floor plan, you expressly request that we begin work immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced accordingly.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Early Bird orders are covered by a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your delivered redesign, you are entitled to a full refund — no conditions, no questions. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your deliverable.
This guarantee applies exclusively to orders placed at the Early Bird promotional price of €99.
Full refund — for all orders, you are entitled to a full refund if:
- Work has not yet commenced on your order (i.e. your floor plan has not been reviewed).
- We are unable to fulfil your order for a reason within our control.
- The delivered work contains material errors that we are unable to correct within a reasonable timeframe after one revision request.
- You placed an Early Bird order and are not satisfied with the result (see guarantee above).
Partial refund — at our discretion, a partial refund may be issued on standard-priced orders if work is underway but not yet delivered, and you have a valid reason for cancellation.
No refund — once a standard-priced deliverable has been sent and the conditions above are not met, no refund is available.
Refund requests should be sent to contact@floorplanredesign.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use all Deliverables for personal and residential purposes, including submission to contractors, architects, or planning authorities.
You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute our Deliverables without explicit written consent.
We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable versions of floor plans and redesigns as portfolio examples, case studies, and marketing material. We will not publish any personally identifiable property information without your consent.
You confirm that you have the legal right to share the floor plan you upload — either as the property owner or an authorised representative. We are not liable for any third-party IP claims arising from materials you provide.
All Platform content — including copy, design, scoring algorithms, and report templates — remains the exclusive property of FloorPlanRedesign.com.
Free Analysis Tool
The Free LayoutScore Analysis is provided as-is, for informational purposes only. It is generated by automated AI processing and does not constitute professional architectural, structural, or planning advice.
Scores and findings are indicative assessments intended to help you understand the functional potential of your floor plan. They should not be used as the sole basis for renovation, investment, or planning decisions.
We do not require an email address to use the Free Analysis. Your uploaded floor plan is processed to generate your report and is not retained beyond what is technically necessary to serve the result.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend free analysis access in the event of misuse, bulk automated uploads, or activity inconsistent with normal personal use.
Limitation of Liability
Our services provide design recommendations and spatial analysis. We are not structural engineers, licensed architects, or planning consultants. Any redesign we produce must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals before construction or planning submission.
We accept no liability for any loss, cost, or damage arising from decisions made on the basis of our Deliverables without appropriate professional verification.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.
We process your floor plan data and order information solely to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at floorplanredesign.com/terms with the effective date noted at the top of the page.
For existing orders, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply. Changes to these Terms do not affect orders already placed.
Continued use of the Platform following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also have recourse to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
